Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package from dispatch to delivery.
If you have not received tracking details within 48 hours, please contact our support team.
Returns Information
We want you and your little ones to love your Lou Lou Athleisure pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging where possible
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear or damage.
